I came across Fiscella Law LLC while searching for a traffic court attorney for my elderly father. He had been issued a "must appear" notice for a traffic violation, but I wanted to avoid having to bring him to court during a pandemic. I was feeling stressed because I didn't know what my options were, and the court date was fast approaching, so I decided to call for a consultation without really knowing what to expect. Mr. Fiscella immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me that he could handle the court appearance on my dad's behalf and would do his best to advocate for my dad. He kept me informed throughout the process--the initial hearing was delayed by several months--and handled everything in a professional and compassionate manner; he never made me feel foolish for asking questions and patiently explained how the proceedings would work. I also could not have been happier with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Fiscella to anyone in the area who needs an experienced attorney.

At first, the prospect of going to court for a moving violation seemed to be a bit overwhelming to me, especially considering that it could have a very harmful effect on my CDL license.
