“Overcharged for services that where done by opposing attorney . Filed some papers late and it cost my request to be denied and then wanted me to pay him for his error”

Does not listen to clients and is unresponsive
“He would not listen to me. For example from the first day I asked him to please request child support a year later is when he finally did" and "He does not return phone calls in a timely manner, will withhold documents from you until the last minute and rush you to turn them in.”

Lacks competence in family law matters
“I was told he could do everything that I was asking which was just simple family law issues. More time with my kids, and payment of bills owed. After a year I was still in the same predicament however he had over 6K of my hard earned money.”
