The greatest lawyer I’ve encountered with! Very respectful and always shows up on time. My cousin was charged for possession of a weapon and the case was dropped on a motion NO TRIAL! Now my cousin can continue to live his life without worrying about being labeled as a felon. Thanks to McDermott’s law firm :)

The worst decision I made was to hire this law firm. The only strategy they have is how and when you are going to pay them. They don't give a rats tail about you. I never felt comfortable with them on my case. I was nervous and anxious throughout my case. I should have dumped them like the previous review but I was seriously vested. After all the different attorney representations and continuances I pled guilty. To add insult to injury my so called main attorney took a leave of absence in the middle of my case. Spend less money and get true representation. I will never go for the glitz and glamour and fake lies ever again !

If you’re content dealing with substandard care, time and money-wasting law firms, then Mc Dermont Law is not the firm for you. If on the other hand, you need a competent law firm that is professional and compassionate, then McDermont Law is the team you need. Before I was introduced to David from Mc Dermont Law, I had consultations with other lawyers. When I explained my needs to all the other lawyers they all replied, “what you’re trying to accomplish is impossible!!!” I posed the same question to David and jokely said, let me guess, it’s impossible? His response was simple, “when it comes to law, nothing is impossible”. His response was powerful, and he made it true. It’s not just David that make his firm impressive it’s the team he surrounds himself with, all just as competent. I also had the pleasure of working with Irene, and in my biased opinion one of his best team members. If you have legal issues, talk to Dave, he will help you. Thank you guys, I appreciate everything you did for me.

Please do not do any business with this cocky, smug and inefficient law firm. They are among the worst in the business. Do not hire them unless you have money and time to waste. You hire one attorney, but an attorney you have never met and knows nothing about the case steps up and gets you a continuance. Their retainer is excessively high! I retained them for 6 months and never got my day in court. They helped the Respondent on my case more than they helped me. Very unprofessional, the receptionist is rude and has no customer service skills. I had to hire another attorney just to see any results in my case. I was treated horribly and can't caution you enough to take your business elsewhere!
