In November of 2013 I retained Steve to represent me in a divorce and related matters including an order of protection against my wife and child custody proceedings. I was concerned that the odds were against me because I was a man litigating in a forum that favors women. Steve assured me that my fears would be overcome. He was right. I got the order of protection against my wife, he followed through with the divorce and got me full custody with the vast majority of parenting time. My ex-wife appealed and he succeeded in winning the appeal too. Two years after the divorce was done my now ex-wife again tried to get custody and the majority of parenting time. After a long-drawn-out trial, we won again, she appealed again, and we won that too. If you want a trial lawyer who knows how to win then Steve and his firm are the ones for you.

I have two daughters ages 11 and 9. My ex-wife continuously fights with my youngest and the stress has effected both of my children. Steve helped me change the parenting schedule giving me the vast majority of the time with them. My daughters are much happier now that they are residing primarily with me and my new wife. Steve was available to me throughout the case and continues to be whenever issues arise. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Steven and Tim are a fantastic team! From day one to yesterday's victory I watched Tim's determination and knowledge/skills to never giving up on my sister and the truth! We paid Mr Brody to mediate finances , it took almost a year, lots of calls in and expenses through the court to keep continuing . He never even completed the job . I believe he takes on more than he can handle and we were left to suffer . We never had a mediation , numbers were never fully recovered. I am disappointed and feel like we were taken advantage of . I would recommend him to anyone even if he was free.
