I had gotten into a car accident involving another vehicle and called Marc before the police arrived. He walked me through what was going on and what I needed to do and say in order not to incriminate myself in any way. I received 2 tickets from the incident and he had both of them dismissed in court. The whole process took about 2 months and I walked away with zero tickets and a very high recommendation for Marc. Fantastic attorney, if he hadn’t picked up the phone, I’d be in a world of hurt right about now. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Marc is an amazing lawyer. The night I received my 4 tickets (dui, speeding, etc), we contacted Marc and he told us how to proceed. A few days later we met in person and Marc gave me a very thorough run down of what to expect. Throughout this entire period, I was in the process of moving (and then moved) out of state. Marc was able to get it so I could move and not get in trouble for that. Marc kept me informed on the status of my case which was made more difficult having to go through this all with Covid going on. He worked with the Plaintiff to get me the best “deal” he could. I ended up my 2 minor traffic offenses, one of which was improper land usage. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Marc. He is a straight shooter and tells you what you need to hear (without bs-ing.) He kept me sane through the entire process. I appreciate him more than he will ever know.

We hired Marc to represent our 19 year old son. He had been arrested and received three citations; 90 in a 45, open container and No Tolerance. If that wasn't enough, he had another speeding ticket just two weeks prior. Once hiring, Marc immediately vacated the plea on the first speeding ticket and combined all four citations into one proceeding. Mark handled my case that went to a judge trial 18 months of court appearances we finally got our trial date. The officers on the stand had nothing going compared to my Attorney. Marc assisted with our daughter's traffic accident and tickets. He consulted with us on how to complete all of the paperwork with regard to the ticket and court proceedings. Prior to the court date, he shared with us what we could expect and how the proceedings would unfold. On the court date, he successfully represented us at trial and got one of the tickets removed. Marc Bessette was patient, cooperative, and thorough. Our 16 year old daughter was involved in a car accident; she was given 2 citations.
