Nobody wants to go through bankruptcy. It is a gut wrenching type of crisis loaded with stress and uncertainty and loss, not just of financial security but emotional security, personal pride and self esteem as well. The team of attorneys and assistants and legal aids at David M. Siegel & Associates were always very polite and professional and made the entire process as painless as possible. Even now, six years later, long after the bankruptcy was in the rear view mirror, when I needed some information to send to a mortgage broker for the underwriters I was happy to see that the team at David M. Siegel was quick to respond and help me by providing the documentation needed in just minutes. What I thought might turn into another ordeal was met promptly with courtesy and professionalism. I cannot express my thanks enough for the help they provided long ago and continue to provide when needed with regards to that very difficult time in my life. No one ever calls back. Wait... they do until they get your money. Not here, we even spoke with Mr. Siegel a few times. They’ve always made us feel like they actually wanted our business.
