I hired Mr. Renzi for my divorce, gave him my retainer in cash and everything seemed fine. This should of been easy as we agreed on everything. At first he returned calls and a month or so into it I never heard from him again. When I finally looked at my case in line it was dismissed because he never showed up. Again tried to contact him and nothing. A friend of mine called him and he said he would be contacting me but never did. So I had to hire another attorney who got the job done in two months plus what I should of gotten in divorce.

I contracted with M J Renzi to do work on a Trust and a will. Now that I have paid in full for his services, I have not heard from him. For the last 5 months, he has not been available in his office, has not returned phone calls and has not returned my money.as I have requested. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the State of Illinois.
