Mr. Haney was my attorney on separate occasions. Extremely professional and conscious of that fact that I’m a human being not a paycheck. Always discussed in detail all options and took the time to listen to my thoughts about them. He knows what he’s doing. If you need a lawyer that’ll actually go to bat for you call him.

I recently closed on a home and Thomas Rhodes of O'Dekirk, Allred and Associates was of invaluable help during the process. The terms of my "final disclosure" for closing initially included invented and inflated figures - costs that I could never have known about - and he called them out and went to bat for us in an incredibly professional and assertive way. He got the costs lowered significantly. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home who wants to be sure their interests are being protected. In addition to all this, he's a great guy.
