My family would highly recommend Attorney Frank Andreano. Mr. Andreano represented my son in a complicated auto accident and settlement process. My son was involved in a very serious car accident as a passenger in his own car. The person he allowed to drive his car drove recklessly, resulting in the death of 2 passengers and my son’s serious injuries. My son required long term care and his insurance bills totaled over $1 million dollars. Mr. Andreano did an amazing job representing not only my son’s best interests, but also in dealing with the deceased families. It was important to us that any lawyer representing my son understood the enormity of the situation and interacted with the deceased families respectfully as to not cause any additional pain. From the initial meeting until the end of the case, his concern has always been my son’s health and wellbeing - each conversation started with him asking how my son was doing. My family is very grateful for all of his hard work, professionalism and aggressive representation with the insurance companies. He was able to negotiate a fair settlement for the accident and worked with our health insurance carrier to help resolve the claims outstanding. Our experience with our health insurance provider made the whole situation worse, and we would not have been able to handle any of it without his representation. He dealt with the insurance companies which allowed us to concentrate on helping to get my son better. He was always available to answer all of our questions and at all times and was knowledgeable about the process. I was in a horrible accident 2014 ,involving a smi-truck, the truck struck me rolled my vehicle 2 times and the only one having serious injuries. Not knowing anything about personal injury cases like mine or what to do I contacted several lawyers to talk about my case. None of the lawyers took initiative to show me they were interested in the case, but Frank started working the case and getting me information before he was even hired. Right then I knew he was the lawyer for me. Frank is still currently working on my case, he has gone up and beyond the call of duty as a lawyer, he is a very special person who sees you as a person and not dollar signs like most lawyers. In the past 12 months luck has not been on my family's side. We ended up in front of a judge on two separate occasions for two unrelated cases. Both times we had a lot to lose. I didn't know of any lawyers so I hopped on the computer and googled attorneys in my area. I ended up in front of Mr.Andreano. Best thing to happen! When I met him he was so blunt and honest it made me nervous but I appreciated it. I had spoken to a few other attorneys on the phone and it was almost as if they wanted money to make all kinds of guarantees. They had to know these were promises they may not have been able to keep. Mr. Andreano never made promises he couldn't keep. The only thing he promised was that he would work his ass off to do what he can. He made sure I understood that there were no guarantees and I had to prepare for this. The first time- things didn't go in our favor but he didn't give up. He kept going and surprised me by fighting until he was able to get judge's decision overturned. He kept his word- on both occasions. Each time I felt like he took our case personal. I felt like he cared. He was beyond motivated and dedicated, while keeping it 100% real! If ever in a jam I highly recommend contacting Mr Andreano. When my Dad was killed I actually had slime ball lawyers come to the house - telling me they were 'old friends' of my Dad. We're not the type of people who sue, but I knew that plant wasn't safe. A person at my church recommended I speak with Mr. Andreano. He came to the house and met with my husband and brothers and sisters. He was very caring and never pressured us. My older brother wanted to hire another lawyer, and told him so to his face. Mr. Andreano wasn’t insulted. He said he knew the lawyer very well and that we would be in good hands. After we met with several lawyers we all agreed (even my older brother) to hire Mr. Andreano. He kept us informed and was very professional. He really got after the other lawyers when they tried to ask hurtful questions about my father’s personal life. When the case settled he even donated part of his fee to my Dad's memorial fund. I’m still angry about the accident, but I’m glad we had Mr. Andreano on our side.
