Dave & his team are great! Excellent service. Helped to resolve a tough situation I found myself in. Highly recommended!

On September 1, 2013, I was in a single vehicle car accident in which I nearly died. Unfortunately, alcohol was involved and by the Grace of God, I did not hurt or injure anyone but myself. Approximatley one week after my accident my wife began receiving advertisements from many attorneys in the area claiming they could help me with my DUI charge. Mr. Hammel was the ONLY attorney that included a pamphlet with information about the Laws involving DUI convicitions. After our first court date, we called Mr. Hammel and he requested we come into his office that day. After only 30 minutes, Mr. Hammel had a plan on how he would represent me and present my case in court. After many court dates, thanks to Mr. Hammel's ingenious abilities, my case was dismissed in February 2014, only to be reopened in July 2014, which Mr. Hammel informed us in February could happen. On September 9, 2014, I was in court for my final court date, a bench trial. Mr. Hammel was more than prepared. He was calm and reassuring to myself and my wife. He conducted himself in court in a highly educated and intelligent fashion, with a retort for every question and/or statement presented by the prosecution. HIGHLY IMPRESSIVE! Mr. Hammel should be nominated "ATTORNEY OF THE YEAR!" I can NEVER repay him for what he has done for me and my family. His fees were more than fair, he was ALWAYS available for questions and/or concerns, and CONSISTENTLY kept us informed on each and every aspect of my case from day one! Thank you does not seem enough for what he has done for me, but, THANK YOU MR. HAMMEL!!!!

I had a lot of debt and didn't know what to do. A friend of mine told me about David Siegel. At my first appointment, I met with David and he described exactly how he could help me. I decided to file for Chapter 7 to get a total fresh start. The payment plan offered was really cool, but I decided to just pay in full (because it was something that I could afford with making payments). I am also going to give back a car that I no longer need or want. I would recommend David to anyone that is in debt. He really knows how to make you feel comfortable with a bankruptcy situation.
