Experienced, hard worker, fighter. Dawn told me this was going to be a tough battle, but she fought for me and my children and we won. When I first met her, she explained everything that I could possible have to go through. It was hard, but in this long process, it came out successful. Couldn't have done it without her. If you need a tough attorney, hire Dawn!

His level of expertise was impressive, great follow up and personal level of attention that is in my opinion so hard to find in an attorney. He handled my case himself in a very professional way. I didn't have to deal with several associates that are straight out of school and don't really know what they are doing. Everything that this attorney said she was going to do was what she did. Getting a divorce is not easy, and neither was my spouse. I understood that cases do take time, but Dawn informed me of what was going to happen and how we were proceeding. I am happy I had her as my attorney and would recommend her to everyone!!

the worst of the worst, she does not know what she is doing, in court she is like a fish out of water, did not keep me informed and did not return calls and was charged for things she didn't do she nickel and dime, and I had to pay for things she had to look up for stuff she didn't know, she is a waste of money and I am still in the same situation and broke, beware! and had the nerve to run for judge, lord have mercy on the world soul.

I hired Dawn for a simple agreed upon Joint Parenting Agreement. I only needed her help in writing it legally, and submitting it. I found errors on every monthly statement where I was charged for services that didn't take place. I rarely received a returned phone call, and it only once came directly from Dawn. She filed court date upon court date for "status", but somehow this was dragged out for more than a year. I spent more than $15,000, and was always current on my bill, but she racked up $3,000 in the final month, which I was not prepared to pay all at once. She filed a judgment against me, and I never even received a copy of the parenting order signed by the judge from her. I had to go directly to the courthouse and get a copy on my own. Don't do it! Terrible experience.

Didn't always respond to calls in a timely manner, but overall helpful and a good lawyer

She NEVER returns phone calls, doesn't update you on whats going on.. goes to court without informing you. In 9 months I've spent $3000 and accomplished nothing on a child support case! Ridiculous.. I've talked to other lawyers about the same case and have been told that this is absolutely unnecessary.. she's dragging things out to get money. Firing her today!

I don't knw where to start. All I can say is don't make the mistake I made. She nickels and dimes every chance she gets, never returns call, never is prepared. Still not divorced had to fire her.

she didn't follow up. didn't allow me to input on important decisions, and at the end when i fired her she wrote up bogus bills to rip me off big time. did nothing for me whatsoever.

I had a major issue happen in my life, A DIVORCE!!!! Never saw it coming!!!! Anyway, I had heard from alot of my friends who had been down this road that they had wished they had this lady attorney in Joliet. They had seen her in action and they had said they wished they knew about her. So, I called. I have had to hire attorneys in the past for other issues so this was not my first. She did exactly what I wanted, what I asked for, gave attention to my matter, staff was understanding, professional and prompt. No problems with billing, just that I had to submit any questions in writing. Billing was honest, fair and precise. I had called around for pricing beforehand. She will be my first call for any future help I need.

I hired this attorney for my divorce case and she was brilliant! She pushed the other attorney for the settlement I wanted before it went to trial. I got everything I asked for! Her staff was courteous and kind and to be quite frank, I don't know how I would have gotten through this difficult time without them. A very professional and friendly experience though this office.
