I decided to file for Chapter 7 to get a total fresh start. The payment plan offered was really cool, but I decided to just pay in full (because it was something that I could afford with making payments). I am also going to give back a car that I no longer need or want. I would recommend David to anyone that is in debt. He really knows how to make you feel comfortable with a bankruptcy situation.
