The reason I chose Mr. Hammel was based off of the letter I received in the mail and my first conversation on a Saturday night which turned into a phone consultation. The letter was very detailed, professional and provided instructions for a path forward. Mr. Hammel was upfront and honest with me throughout the entire case. I knew what to expect all along. He told me if I do my part he will do his, and he delivered. He and his office made it simple for me to succeed at managing my career and completing all of the preliminary work that needed to be done for my court dates. Although I felt in question at times due to the nature of my case, Ted provided guidance and confidence. Being charged with a felony is extremely painful and complicates many aspects of my life. I am moving past this experience having served no jail time, still employed, and have a positive outlook for my future. I have asked him to represent me in a revocation hearing as well. If you're looking for a good execution plan and solid representation, I would hire Mr. Hammel again in a heartbeat.

Ted did an outstanding job representing me. He took on what I thought to be a daunting dui case. With his determination and knowledge he was able to have all charges dropped. Grundy county even cut me a check for the original bond amount. Ted is a very down to earth guy and helps you to understand the law and the freedom you have as a US citizen.

Hammel Law Offices is the absolute best! I contacted them a week before my court date, only had two court dates, and I never had to appear in court ONCE. Ted truly knows the law and fulfilled every promise to me in regards to my case of speeding. I highly recommend Ted and his paralegal, Stacey, is a complete joy and immensely helpful and accessible.

If you want a great lawyer, then I would hire Ted. He was very professional and the knowledge he knows about the law was incredible. He helped me through my case and kept fighting for me, until he won it. He was always there when i had questions and also was very professional and let's you know what's going on with your case. Mr Hammel has the perfect personality for what he does. Well spoken, down to earth and assertive.. He handled my case like a pro. He's right across the street from the court so he is also very well known in the courtroom. No doubt he will get you the best outcome.
