Chuck and his team is top notch

Chuck Bretz is very knowledgeable and meticulous with his work. He takes it very seriously, and for being as busy as he is when he's with you his focus and attention is all on you and your case. Highly highly recommend!

I've been a police officer for 15 years and in October of 2010 was falsely accused of the most heinous crime that someone could be accused of. I was arrested and thrown in a box and the first one to hear of it was Gino, even though he was a million miles away in Kosovo. He immediately made a call to his former law partners back home who came right over to the jail. He was ready to drop everything for me and fly home immediately but in the interim was on the phone constantly with my lawyers for updates and to stay informed on the situation. Obviously, by me sitting on my own couch typing this, things worked out for me and I was proven INNOCENT of all charges. My debt to the people that helped me starts with this man. Since that day in October of 2010 he has remained in constant contact with me, even if it's just a phone call to check on me and see how i'm doing. Competent, decent, human, intelligent, compassionate and caring only begin to describe this man. I am a better person today simply for knowing Gino. God Bless.

I went to Mr. Fimbianti with a case in Indiana and even though he was licensed in Illinois he came all the way out to see me at school because I wouldn't be able to get to him, after some time we realized he would not be able to be my attorney, he went out of his way to find the right lawyer around where I was, made contact with the lawyer brought him up to speed about me and my case. Throughout the process he has allowed me to call him so he can break down the next steps and process in my case, he has also kept in touch with the lawyer to help me feel more comfortable with the situation. Overall Mr. Fimbianti has gone above and beyond his duties as legal counsel without a second thought about it. Anyone looking for counsel should definitely use Mr. Fimbianti.

I've met Mr. Fimbianti in January 2010 in Pristina, Kosovo. As a Belgium Investigative Judge, I was delegated by the Minister of Justice in Belgium to the EU Rule of Law mission in Kosovo (Eulex), where I held the post of a Eulex prosecutor (conducting criminal investigations together with the Kosovo prosecution office in Pristina and Kosovo and Eulex police). During my mission time, I worked, almost daily, together with Mr. Fimbianti, who was senior advisor for police and prosecution affairs (US Department of Justice ICITAP). Mr. Fimbianti's experience is exceptional: as a former police officer, prosecutor and defense attorney he was a real expert in his mission task. Within the mission (both with the international colleagues as with the local counterparts) he was very respected due to his knowledge, wide background and ethics. I'm sure, currently, back home, he's a great defense attorney. Like said before, his experience and background is exceptional and combines all aspects of law enforcement /justice. If I would ever need a criminal defense attorney, I would want Mr. Fimbianti on my side.
