Christina was AWESOME! She was very understanding and professional. Thank you!

Called and spoke with her to get some advice and see if she would be able to help my situation and wanted to work with me. She basically berated me and told me I don’t communicate well. I get I didn’t follow everything she said and that we confused each other, but I’m not a lawyer and what she said I didn’t understand and tried to clarify. Her tone was condescending and turned annoyed/frustrated. This was a second opinion and she has since contradicted three other firms I spoke with. This review is not because we aren’t going to work together because she doesn’t have interest in my case, it’s based on how she interacted and treated someone who had sincere intentions, was nothing but polite and apologized if I misspoke because I interpreted what she said incorrectly, and didn’t need to be berated on the phone for needing help.

Christina is phenomenal to work with! I stand by this company 100%. I will continue to use in future and recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

I received a return phone call from Christina Banyan. When I told her I chose a different attorney for my needs, she hung up on me. She said “Oh God! Good luck” and the call ended with her hanging up on me. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
