Best law office for will county court

I had nothing but good things to say about this firm. They went toe to toe with thr state and came out victorious. Very professional and when Chuck walks in the court room you cant help but feel like you have the dream team fighting for you. Mr. BRETZ has a very formidable presence and is abviously respected buy the courts. Great firm, thank you Bretz & Flynn.

My son was involved in a car accident shortly before he was leaving for Florida to start a new job. The court date was scheduled when he was in Florida and was unable to return for the court appearance. Frank Andreano handled the entire matter for him and was able to get him court supervision without a need to appear in court or attend driving school. I cannot thank Frank enough for taking on this matter at the last minute and bringing it to a successful conclusion. I would definitely use Frank again if the need were to arise.

My daughter got a ticket due to Scott’s Law in Minooka but it was entrapment! She saw a police car pull a car over and she slowed down and passed the cop. Then a cop following her flashed his lights and had her pull over. He gave her a ticket for failure to move over a full lane. She replied that she couldn’t because it’s only two lanes, one coming and one going. She said if she had done that, she would be in oncoming traffic and she told him she scooted over as much as she could. The cop said she should have went into oncoming traffic and gave her a ticket. If your not familiar Scott’s law is a serious ticket and can lead up to a $10,000 fine and they can take your license in serious cases. My daughter never had a ticket and never speeds and always wears a seat belt. I pleaded my case to about 10 lawyers and they all said she will probably have to pay a big fine and it’s not worth fighting because the judge will side with cops over a teenager. I then talked to Frank Andreano and he said I was right, this wasn’t a fair ticket and he thinks we have a good shot taking it to trial or at least getting a reduced charge. I was so happy to hear this! Low and behold, he was true to his word! He got the ticket dismissed on the first court case!!!!!!! He will be the only lawyer I ever use moving forward!!!!

Well staff good knowledge they were not able to handle my case they were really straight and honest to me and advised me to contact other authorities.People over there always try to solve your problem

I used this law firm to represent me during my divorce. This firm took advantage of my emotional state for monetary gain. I also later found out that I was misled. This firm has no integrity and employees’ unorganized incompetent lawyers.
