I have had to use Mr.Fimbianti many times in the past. He is an exceptional attorney. He has treated me with respect and professionalism every time even though I did not deserve it. I was charged with speeding 87 in a 65, a misdemeanor. My driving record isn't perfect but everything on it is more then 7 years old. Tony worked his magic with the prosecutor and judge and got it reduced to a petty speeding ticket, $350 in fines and 3 months supervision. Busy day in court and we were the first ones done. Fantastic individual to work with, will absolutely take good care of you.

Joel and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly. Joel has literally saved my a** multiple times. I don't know where I would be today with out Joel's legal services. Update- Joel and his team have out did themselves yet again. I now have a drivers license in the state of Illinois. Joel helped me every step of the way with the sectary of State hearings and process to get my Drivers license back. I would not recommend trying to go through this process without a lawyer. There are multiple hearings (separate from the legal hearings) you have to go through. Joel will work with you as much as you need so you can get through these hearings and end up with your license back. Joel and his team went above and beyond for me and for that I am very grateful.

Tony represented me for my DUI arrest. He was awesome. He fought for me every step of the way. He got my suspension thrown out and when we went to trial he was incredible to watch.
