Was told to be in court for an accident that happened in December. The girl who hit me didn't have insurance and my insurance paid for my repairs. They didn't prosecute her for not having insurance. After taking 5 days off and coming to court they told me that I wouldn't even get my deductible back. These are the prosecutors for the city of Joliet! I get hit, my insurance pays after my deductible and the girl gets off.
