I am concerned when an attorney hired to manage an estate of an elderly woman does not follow through in doing what he says - or at least in communicating when he doesn't do what he says when he say - habitually, to numerous people over the course of five years. Lawyers who don't create transparency cause distrust. This can be avoided by clear communications, and consistent follow through - we didn't experience this with Gregory Deck. More disconcerting is how he talked about the deceased (probably with meter on), saying his client was "sloppy" in the management of her affairs. Isn't that what you pay and expect your lawyer to do -- say derrogatory things about you after you die? So much for confidentiality. I am so very close to filing official complaints, and opening an investigation on his practices.
