I started my relation with Fornaro Law in late 2016 with purchase of my condo. My immediate gut feel with Philip and Mary are their attentiveness to clients. They helped me navigate the purchase contract maximizing my protection at every stage. Communication was timely and clear all throughout the entire process to closing in 2021. I feel they are genuinely invested in each client's wellbeing no matter the size of the transaction. This has been their modus operandi throughout their growth to the current firm. My attorney for closing was Habib Wardack. He was extremely easy to work with and answered all of my concerns. The mortgage application was very challenging with one bank and necessitating changing bank at the very last moment. Habib then helped me secured pre closing possession with the most favorable terms. Closing was a breeze with him patiently guiding me through the mountain of paperwork. I had complete confidence in him which is what made the process nearly stress free. Again, the most important aspect of Fornaro Law is the people and the feeling they have not changed their philosophy despite tremendous growth. That is hard to find these days.

I highly recommend attorney Elizabeth Lidd Factor for her family law and mediation law practice. She is very knowledgeable, has superb communication skills, and is able to resolve problems through negotiation. Her fees are reasonable, and well worth the expenditure. She has answered questions about my case outside of regular office hours. This commitment demonstrates the high value she places on serving her clients.
