Not present at all. He didn't let me talk or let alone get to know me or my side of the story! He used my religion to get me to accept the actions of determination of my case ! Due to i having a necklace of the Virgin marry! He would just keep billing us even when you send him emails! He will make you suffer mentally and financially ! He told me I should worry about my kids they are fine with there father there for I should focus on feeding my kids instead of trying to figyt for my kids or ecen look for a house to live in !

Mike Vines incompetent and misogynistic. I believe he did not act in my best interest as my attorney. If the statute of limitations had not expired, I would be suing him for malpractice.

Liz is a very knowledgeable attorney and mediator. She is responsive to her clients. Her fees are reasonably priced.

She was great, but I've been trying to get our Final divorce documents since Jul of 2023, no returned calls or emails since then. I would love to change this to 5 stars, but this is pretty much my last ditch effort to get a response back.

Very happy with Elizabeth and her staff. She got me divorced in a matter of 3 months. She kept it simple and got me my desired outcome. Both her team and herself are responsive and compassionate. I'd love to say I'll be a repeat customer but no one wants that. LOL

Dealing with attorneys can cause anxiety even when you are not at fault. Elizabeth's energy and overall conversation took me from level 100, to ZERO in a matter of seconds. She is absolutely horrible. I retained her for services and 55+ days later she still didn’t file a response in my child support case. She made excuse after excuse why she didn’t meet the deadlines she set for herself. First it was helping her daughter move, then it was her daughter had Covid, then she went silent. In addition, she is not familiar with the current rules for court. She told me no response was needed when in fact it was and the other attorney had to remind her the judges rules had changed during Covid. I finally fired her and that’s when she finally responded and tried to prepare something. By than I fired her. Now I have to fight with her to get my retainer back. I gave her $3,000 and all she has did is give me excuse after excuse and when she finally prepared the response…there is No way that response cost $3,000. Stay far far way from her. I have to dispute with my bank to get my money back and I’m filing a claim with the ARDC and attorney general. She is definitely misusing her powers. She threatened to file a lawsuits for fees that I have already paid…frivolous threats …she is horrible! If you notice all her good reviews are old! Stay away!

Ms. Factor is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in family law. I have referred several clients to her over the years, and they have all been very happy with her services. She is responsible, diligent and very hard working. Other lawyers call upon her for consults and second opinions. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Simply excellent.
