When my relative passed, I needed a real estate attorney to process the sale of the house and Cindy was recommended to me. She is extremely efficient, pleasant, reliable and affordable (she should raise her rate)! Communicating with her was easy and she was clear about what needed to be done to move the sale of my relative's house forward. When it comes time to sell my place and buy another place, I would absolutely hire her again.
