Danielle and Dan have been phenomenal. They have helped me work out parentage time as well as receiving the appropriate amount for child support. Danielle was always so quick to respond to any call or email. Dan was able to represent me in court with full knowledge of the case. I also worked with them for a closing on a house. Got a speeding ticket earlier this year, Dan and Danielle worked fast and efficient to help me get it dropped from my driving record.

Dan and Danielle great attorneys - they were referred to us by a friend when we had a warranty issue with our boat, and the manufacturer spent over 6 months trying to get out of making the repairs. I thought we would have to pay for repairs - which could have been in excess of $12,000, and sue them to get reimbursed. Giannola Legal suggested we start with a letter to the manufacturer to give their legal department an opportunity to address this claim before we spent money out of out pocket to make the repairs, or suing them. It worked! After the boat manufacturer received the letter from our attorney they took care of the repairs no cost to us. No more arguing with the claims department! Giannola saved us money out of our pocket to fix our boat & super reasonable price for sending the letter.

Great experience. My husband and I spent all of our savings on our wedding to make it perfect. However, the venue I hired to host my wedding lost power for a good part of my wedding. The venue was not willing to compensate us for this. I spoke with both Dan and Danielle about the entire situation and they were able to get the venue to come to the table with a fair reimbursement
