Jerry was very professional and thorough. Where Jerry really came through was at our closing. We had the big bank mortgage company and the seller, a relocation company, in a standoff. Our mortgage broker and the title company were telling us we could not close and would be a least another week until we could close. Jerry got on the phone, did his magic and we were able to close on the property that day. If we did not have Jerry we would have had to stay in a motel another week, and would have lost a week's vacation I had taken for the move. He saved me a bundle. Be smart and use Jerry.
