I see that this firm is highly rated in the estate planning field. I seriously wonder if they want their clients to die so they can do their work. I have used a number of excellent attorneys in my lifetime and was told to use this group for a cancer situation that, I believe, many firms could have done an excellent job with. Unfortunately, this firm wasted over a year DOING NOTHING and then asking what my date of exposure was because they didn't want to miss the statute of limitation filling date. This was after I went through no less than four detailed interviews with them. WOW! WHAT A BUNCH OF INEPT ATTORNEYS! I don't write many reviews, certainly not negative ones, BUT BEWARE WHEN HIRING THIS FIRM! They may only have good reviews cuz they deal with dead people and none of them can write reviews that may help you realize YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! Fortunately, I have just enough time to hire ANY OTHER FIRM that will probably do an excellent job in filing a valid based suit on my behalf.

An outstanding law firm to work with on any real estate transaction. They are patient and professional, when things became tricky in my case Steve personally took over every element and made it happen. The whole staff is excellent; I received incredible service from all, especially Scott as paralegal was a pleasure to work with and explained everything so well in a complicated matter. We had a legal plan and they charged nothing over the cost of that plan which was also a huge savings for us as they had to submit countless communications on our transaction. I could not be more impressed with a law office.

As a first time home buyer, I appreciate all of Katrine's patience with me. She and her team at Newland & Newland answered every question in a timely and supportive manner, and helped me to feel knowledgable and confident in my decisions. Her guidance through closing made the whole thing a breeze. I will certainly use Katrine again when I need to!

Fantastic law firm. Lynn the paralegal who helped us was AMAZING. She was in constant contact and always had great advice. She is super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, no matter how many times we called her. Steve the lawyer who handled the actual closing of our new house was SO THOROUGH that we now have written proof of items promised to us that the builder is trying to ignore. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this firm. You will be well taken care of!!!

Steve and Lynn are the best!

I worked with both Lynn and Steve on my real estate purchase recently of which was a great experience. I was moving over 2,000 miles and nervous with having to do most things online. Lynn was my day to day contact regarding the purchase of my house and communication with the seller’s attorneys. Lynn was extremely responsive to my inquiries and pushed back where needed. Steve walked me through the paperwork at signing and made sure that I understood all items and charges. This firm made my nerves disappear and had me certain that I was making the right decision with such a move. I’d highly recommend Lynn to anyone!
