I hired Jeffery Nutschnig to help close a residential sale. Many complications arose. He handled each complication quickly, calmly and thoroughly. He made sure to erase any ambiguity that the realtors contracts had. He helped advise me of any items that could have arose after the sale. He was always 10 steps ahead. His leadership abilities helped to keep all the parties focused on the goal. Even at the closing his swift actions corrected any further issues from arising. I credit Jeff with keeping the transaction alive. I will hire Jeff Nutschnig for all my future transactions. I would also recommend that you have Jeffery Nutschnig on your team!
