My real estate broker referred me to Adler and Herbach because of their program that saves money on title fees. It turns out that the savings is great, but that’s only the beginning. The stellar service that I got from Jacob, walking me through each step of the deal, from reviewing the contract to negotiating a credit that the buyer asked for and through the closing, where I just signed a few documents and was done. This was the easiest closing experience ever!

Thanks to federman Im able to live my life now. He stepped in for the lawyer I had before who did not do anything for me. As soon as federman stepped in everything started rolling quickly.
