Working with Katie and her team was nothing short of amazing. Having spent the last 18 years navigating life with a special needs child has not been easy, yet the minute I talked to Katie I was so relieved and only wish I had found her and the team earlier. I have worked with two other attorneys for estate and special needs planning, no one came close to the level of service and expertise offered by Katie. It was obvious that not only is Katie an expert, she really cares about her clients and takes the time to answer questions and make very solid suggestions. Did not return my phone call at all. I tried to contact them 2 times. I guess business is not important to them. They should have just said that though, rather than say "we'll help u shortly, expect a call back soon."....maybe my case was not what they are used to, but very unprofessional.....dont use this firm.
