The entire team at Clancy & Associates is wonderful to work with. In addition to being experts in the field, they were organized, communicative and so very kind and compassionate.
Katie, Kate, Violet and Elizabeth all worked incredibly together as a team and helped make the guardianship process seamless. They also helped ensure trust documents were up to date and accurate to provide peace of mind for our family. I highly recommend Clancy & Associates - they are exceptional and a gift to the clients they serve.

We are so glad we found Clancy & Associates Ltd to help us with our estate planning. Katie took the time to understand our situation and put together an estate plan. Katie explained that with proper planning, a special needs trust can help provide a pathway for helping our special needs son in a variety of ways. We've put off "setting things in order" for a long time. While attending a fair for students with disabilities, I've sat through an eye opening presentation by one of the associate from the firm. We worked with the Clancy team to set up a trust, a special need trust, estate planning, etc. They were professional and informative through the entire process. Highly recommend them, as there is a personal touch to their service.

Clancy & Associates goes above and beyond to educate and help special needs families, like mine and the families I work with! Their firm is very knowledgeable about all the future planning needs of families who have children with special needs. They understand and are able to empathize regarding the challenges faced by special needs families, since attorneys at the firm have family members who require extra support.

Excellent, Supportive, Knowledgeable, Kind, Staff. They are like family now. Have been so wonderful with our son who has Autism. Could not have navigated this legal process without them. I don't know what we would do without the Clancy team. I'm a very organized person and detail oriented but the fact that they do all the thinking for me when it comes to the needs of my son is so assuring. I'm so grateful for all of them.
