Mr. Hymes was very helpful in setting up Power of Attorney paperwork we needed to take care of a disabled sibling. He was very responsive to our needs and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were very pleased with his service.

My husband and I hired this attorney to close on a house as seller. Both, the attorney and his wife, the assistant failed us in all aspect of practicing the law. From undisclosed charges of their fees until after closing to untrustworthy of handling our finances, to a very poor service provided, we are shocked to see these people are practicing law. Broken confidentiality during phone conversations as would be asked to identify yourself at the end of conversation, not in the beginning of it. Charged fees for overtime and shipping closing documents out of state against their own statement of not charging. Unnecessary higher amount of money transfer so they can cut themselves checks for undisclosed charging fees. For sure the law is in their favor.
