Will was great to work with. He developed a strategy and executed it perfectly! My case had several intricacies, including me being relocated to another state in the middle of the divorce. Will got my relocation petition approved even though my ex had been a stay at home father. Allowing me to relocate with the children. He secured my parenting time and allowed me to protect my financial future. For anyone in need of a family attorney, he is a must hire!!

We worked with Hal to buy our first house 7 years ago. When we decided to relocate we knew to call Hal again. The property sale included a temporary rental agreement. Hal successfully negotiated mutual agreeable terms with all parties. For the new property purchase the title company (seller selected) was not properly prepared for our closing. Hal help facilitate the close despite the title company's shortcomings. He calmly offered solutions to the title company's excuses and went above and beyond all expectations. He and his staff promptly responded to my emails and phone calls. I highly recommend Hal Conick for any closing from simple to complicated.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! My Husband called Mr. Conick to explain his situation and Mr. Conick said he had a good case. WE had 1 year to appeal a case. He asked that my husband get an appointment to bring in all the documents he had. He obtained an appointment 2 weeks out, however his assistant called the day before and said he would be in court and we would need to change the appointment. Again, we obtained an appointment 3 weeks out. And when WE CALLED to verify the appointment, we were told Mr. Conick was recuperating from an accident and we would need to schedule another month out. Finally my husband was able to see him and again he was informed that he had a good case but wanted to confer with an associate and we should give him two weeks. The two weeks were up and we called his office, his assistant said she she didn't know when Mr. Conick would be in the office. She kept complaining that she was the only one working there. And she had to do everything. She said she would leave him a message. After another week I called and asked this "assistant" if she spoke to Mr. Conick and she again stated she left a message. She said she didn't know when he would return, and added I'm the only one working in this office. I asked her to have Mr. Conick call us. Well HE DID NOT! He has kept us waiting SINCE FEB 1st 2017 until again today my husband called and that so called "assistant" who doesn't know anything other than complain that she is the only one working. And has to do everything in that office. She informed my husband today 5-30-17 that she spoke to Mr. Conick last week and he said there was nothing he could do for our case. My husband upset for the run around asked her if she knew last week why didn't she call us? And what did she say??? you guessed it, "Well I'm the only one here working and have to do everything" FOUR MONTHS of wasted time!!!!!!!! Stay away from this office! this despicable "attorney" and his unintelligent, ignorant and plain STUPID Ass-istant!! Can you spell >>> KARMA???

Excellent Disability Lawyer - Doesn't fool around with Honorable Judge - Know how to expedite claim while caution clients against certain system aspect. If medical information is insufficient, the lawyer may say something about it.

Will Thayer is second to none and from the very first day he looked out for my needs and made sure I was taken care of each step of the way. More importantly he explained to me why he would do the things he was doing and made sure I understood them. He was very patient with me throughout the entire legal process. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone, male or female looking for a great family law attorney.

I was amazed at how little my ex's attorney knew about the facts of the case when we were in court. Will got to know my family and developed a legal plan that worked. He didn't try to just push me through the "system", he helped the system work for me. Hopefully I won't ever need him again, but if I do, I would hire again without hesitation.

First time worked with Harold and his para legal for the house closing. My previous experiences twice before in different states with the different lawyers, I had been so frustrated with their dealings, but this time with Harold everything went so smooth and he gave good advice and prompt responses each issue raised by the buyers and their lawyers. I was glad I worked with Harold.

I was referred to Will by a friend and I am so glad that I was. I didn't know what to do, and Will came in with a clear game plan and everything happened just the way he said it would. He always answered my e-mails and calls, even on the weekends! It is impossible to find that kind of knowledge, competence, and service. I don't always need an attorney, but when I do, I will hire Will!
