Horrible experience. Not available in 7 times of contact. No signed contract and different employee every 3 weeks Adviced me in no matter at all. I was denied because of tax returns they want to see. He had know idea I'm the one who had to do all the follow up. Make all the calls.When he was available he says to me. I have 10 client's beside you. Good bye. I called so many times to update my conditions and treatments. Never acknowledge a one. I have serve the public for over 40 yrs. Go else where your experience will make your circumstances worse. Way worse!
