After seeing Dr. Lam, found that the optometrist I had previously seen, had lied to me about the condition of my eyes and was just out to sell new glasses each time I saw him and my future need for eye surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Lam for both him honesty and professionalism.

Excellent doctor, doesn't push you into a new RX if not needed. He takes the time to explain your questions, so you can understand, in plain English. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, he gives reasons for his answers.

I have been coming to DuPage Ophthalmology for the past 20 years on recommendation of my primary care physician. Dr. Lam and his staff have all treated me with kindness and have explained all the testing they do with my eyes to look for signs of diabetes damage. Here I am 20 years later and am good for another 45,000 miles. I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone. In fact I recommended my late sister who had her cataract surgery through DuPage Ophthalmology at least a good 10 years back. She was also pleased.
