If You Have annoying debt collectors calling , harassing you this is your go to! Have dealt with other consumer atty's in the past but these folks are by far the best. Friendly, courteous (something many consumer firms nowadays are not!), and very professional. Kept us abreast of everything that was going on and rendered quick results. Our atty and staff legitimately had concern for the malicious prosecution the JDB was attempting to perpetrate & handled it right now and in a hurry. Highly recommend Atlas, if the need ever were to arise again, no question they will be the first and only firm we call!

Had an old bill on my credit report that I’d never received a single statement for until years later to where I could no longer deal directly with the merchant, they’d sold the debt to a collection company. Multiple times I offered to settle the debt with them to no agreement, it was over 5 years old which in the state of Florida meant it should’ve already aged off which I mentioned to the collector, though they lied and said that’s incorrect. Skeeziest company I’ve ever dealt with, called my job multiple times after I’d picked up and said please call my cell phone in the future, which they had the number for. Yet they continued to call my job. Contacted Atlas, really only out of frustration and wanting the calls to stop and at best the debt aged off my credit report. Took a few months but in the end the debt was forgiven, removed from my credit report and received a $500.00 check in the mail. Took maybe collectively one hour of my time to get it started , For the amount of time/effort I had to put in I’m more then happy with what I got out of it.
