We hired Michael Watkins to help us sell our home and purchase a new home. Michael was easily accessible by both phone and email, usually responding within minutes. Michael represented us at the closing of our former home and kept us updated before/during/after that process so we knew everything was moving along smoothly. When we closed on the home we were buying, Michael sat with us and explained, in plain terms, what we were signing. I was so thankful that we had Michael representing us and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Mike Watkins was great to work for. He knew everything he was talking about and took the time to explain it all! As a first time home buyer it was very frustrating running across people who didn't want to sit there and explain everything in depth, but mike took time out of his busy day to help me and walk me through everything and making sure everything I paid for and signed for made sense.

Michael has gone above the call of duty to help my traffic court case. He has shown up for me in court when i was unable to and attested on my behalf without additional charges. He kept in good communication with me in regards to the status of my case and what needed to be done.
