I was referred to Jason Shore through a friend after making the difficult and unnerving decision to file for divorce. He was SO compassionate, professional and articulate, explaining things to me in a way that I could understand - outlining not only my options, but what I could and should expect moving forward should various scenarios present. I contacted this law firm back in 2011; refer by husband coworker, for adoption legal matters. I will start to rate the personal staff-they were always friendly and helpful. My attorney Bradley Giglio was always available to take us in for meetings, (I remember in one occasion my husband and I assumed we had a continuous meeting with him and the reception staff rapidly contact him and he rushed over to see us without appointment on a Saturday morning, his day off, this act was very appreciated) to answer our questions and concerns. He waived many fees and stick with the budget expenses he initially addressed in our free consultation. He explained every step of the process and was always punctual. Jackie, the paralegal would always follow up and was very helpful to explain the process to both my husband and I that we did not understand. However it's bad critics are * too far of a distance for us and I constantly had to call for follow ups. However my answers were always answered. Finally we won the case and are very pleased of the results. Thank you, Jacki & Mr. Giglio, we are one happy family!
