To Whomsoever It May Concern, I am quite honored to write a review for Mr. Steven Greeley from the law firm of Franks, Gerkin & McKenna. Mr. Greeley was my legal representative on a disability case and other personal matters in the McHenry County Illinois area that lasted over two years. During that time Mr. Greeley was always honest, straightforward and demonstrated excellent communication skills. One example of Mr. Greeley’s communication skills was whenever I had a question or concern; I always received a response within 24 hours by phone or email. In addition to having a high degree of integrity and a cheerful personality, he is one of those rare individuals who was concerned for me as his client and wanted what was in my best interest. What I admire most about Mr. Greeley is he is a good human being with excellent leadership skills that works hard and is a good listener that is extremely intelligent. The entire staff of the law firm of Franks, Gerkin & McKenna constantly treated me with respect and was always friendly to me including showing a positive environment when I needed to go to his office. Mr. Greeley just didn’t defend my legal rights but not one time in my case did he compromise what I thought was fair for me in the negotiation process.
