Absolutely wrecked my life, his overwhelming arrogance, lack of current Trusty policy knowledge - or so he says as his peers disagree, I other hand believe he has intentions to force chapter 13 payments through your employer - THIS is NOT required. Olson disobeyed direct and clear orders not to contact my employer again as his mistakes caused an action to do so many times, he did so anyway. Olson claimed he was required to do so, this was an all out lie. REMEMBER - you don't have recourse for his mistakes. This man cost me my career, home, dogs, car. In the winter of Illinois. AVOID! At all costs.
