David Lawler, appointed as a public defender, unfortunately failed to protect my constitutional rights. His representation was marked by significant lapses in diligence and thoroughness. Critical evidence was neglected and procedural violations went unchallenged. These shortcomings compromised the defense and undermined the client's right to a fair trial. As a public defender, in my opinion, Mr. Lawler's performance was disappointing and did not meet the necessary professional and ethical standards.
