Adam and his team assisted us with the sale of our home as well as the purchase of a new home. We also had a sale fall through and Adam's team worked diligently and professionally to cancel contracts, retrieve earnest money, and contact old lenders (even though he didn't have to as part of his obligation to us). All contractual negotiations were dealt with promptly, and all articles and documents explained thoroughly. Adam's office team is phenomenal, especially Linda, who seems available almost 24/7.
