BEWARE SCOTT BRAMMER!!! If i could give this business 0 stars I would. Scott is THE worst Bankruptcy lawyer i have ever had the misfortune of trusting my business with. My wife and I came to him a year ago in desperate need of help with our home. He agreed to help us and started the approval process. We were approved. After that, He stopped answering our phone calls and appears to have never submitted our paperwork to the courts. We waited and waited for a court date that would never come. He wasted our time and hard earned money and now we're in a worse situation than what we started out with. DO NOT go to. Scott Brammer!

It's a good place what it takes a little bit for them to call you back for them to get their stuff done

Due to circumstances beyond our control, my fiancée and I were forced into bankruptcy back in 2010/11. It was a very stressful time for us. Fortunately for us we found David Stretch online and went in for a consultation. He was very friendly, definitely knowledgeable, and guided us through the process. David really made a stressful situation for us, much better. I believe his fees were fair at the time, and for the time he spent with us in his office explaining our options, and time spent with us in court, it was well worth it. 😃 Now I don’t usually leave reviews or recommendations, but because of recent events, I felt it was appropriate to do so this time. Again, 10 years ago David was great and helped us through a tough time. Now 10 years later I was in need of copies of my bankruptcy in order to refinance my house. I lost my copies, and so I called David after having no luck from the court house. David immediately sent me the papers I needed without any questions or charge. Again, he was a life saver!! So yes, I would definitely recommend David Stretch to represent you. He is a good honest attorney. Yeah, they do exist! Lol And again to David, thank you sir! M. K.

Dave is easy to talk to and work with. Filling bankruptcy was not easy for me. But he helped me feel at ease. He made sure I understood the process of bankruptcy and prepared me for it. Dave makes himself available even on Saturday's. I would highly recommend him to anymore!! Thanks again Dave!
