Mr Taconi should not be practicing law. Besides from the fact he has no computer, email and hand writes everything like back in the 60's he has no clue of the law or how to respond/file a motion. I had him as a lawyer and fired him within 3 months. Divorce case. Yesterday at court the judge actually said " Mr. Taconi is lucky he isn't in court today because I would have let him have it". He messed up my case so bad. He needs to stop practicing law.
