Known Rob for 40 years. Trust him with my family and making sure our life is in order and ready for what comes our way. With parents in their 90's and grandkids there are many reasons to have a trusted attorney.

He is exactly what I needed. Got me on tract, prioritized my needs.

Responsive staff. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. He's a rare gem in a sea of sharks. Highly recommend his services. His team is responsive and much like Rob in that they treat you like family. He always returns calls and follows up. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Repeatedly didn't return phone calls. Repeatedly didn't return emails. Repeatedly was unknowledgeable when asked a question. Repeatedly didn't reply to opposing counsel. Lied about retainer. Asked for more money. When told we were considering firing them for poor performance she told me they would return any money left if her performance did not improve. Performance did NOT improve and they were fired. They then lied to the judge, saying I wanted to represent myself. I did not want to represent myself, I owned multiple business' and did not have the time to represent myself. I just wanted a competent lawyer, so they were FIRED. They then billed me for lying to the judge. They stole the money left of the retainage, after saying if we gave them another chance it would be returned. Just a horrible experience over all, not only costing all the money wasted on their services, but money lost in the case!!!

We inquired about a guardianship issue. Briane Eggert is very informative, patient, friendly and knowledgeable.

They did a good job with my dad's probate estate. I'm happy with the level of communication and the service they provided. Very professional and competent. They get three stars because when I hired them It was my understanding that it was a flat rate of X thousand dollars to handle the probate case. Maybe I misunderstood but that was my understanding of the fee. But then I started to receive additional invoices to pay for what I thought was a flat rate. Again, this could have been a misunderstanding on my part but that was not explained to me which didn't feel good. I was also contacted by the office with regards to this review and they were more than happy to go back and discuss the charges if I felt there was an issue. I amended my rating based on their willingness to do the right thing. I appreciated their efforts to discuss the whole situation. That being said my only complaint would be that they should have been more clear about how payments were structured. This was likely just a misunderstanding.
