Great people very friendly.

Was seeking help after a collision with a tractor trailer on I80. Was up front at the start that there was no physical bodily injury but there was absolutely mental issues after the wreck. Was also up front that I wasn’t looking to go after them for millions just simply wanted them to feel a little more pain then a speeding ticket after potentially killing my family and I. They were on board and then simply dropped us. No explanation so after reaching out to them several times I finally was informed that there wasn’t enough meat on the bone for them. Mean while they have contacted our insurances claims department even though they new we were going through the truckers insurance. Now we get to deal with all the hassle of getting a second claim stopped because our insurance was notified there was an injury. Thanks Vandergist law for adding more stress to our plate.

My experience? Didn't have much of one of those.If there was any it was horrible and created even more PTSD then normal, dealing with Nick Bigoness (Lawyer out of Chicago, don't recommend) working for them, "Checking into my case..". About all he did was tell me I was wrong. And I was put on hold so long without response I thought they ditched the case and forgot about me anyway. Forced to get all my own paperwork even though I signed docs saying they had permission to look into my files. No Hollie there.. like who is she?? Never heard from her. They could've checked into insurance billing and it would've spelled it out. But I had to "Let it Go". VanDerGinst Law P.C. is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!
