At a very vulnerable time in our lives, having lost my father, and feeling uneasy about how things played out with the medical providers, we took our case to VanDerGinst Law. We met with Dennis and one of his paralegals. They were compassionate, informative, and transparent. They collected all necessary medical records, reviewed them in-house, and by a third party physician. As it turned out, we didn’t have a case. Dennis explained everything to us, and answered all our questions. I had zero reservations about their findings, and would absolutely go back to them in the future. I would recommend them to friends & family. On a side note, I’ve noticed the firm is actively involved in a lot of community activities. Gotta love a business who cares about their local community!

Dennis and his staff were GREAT! Had an issue of harassment, a while back. The front office staff treated me very kindly. When it came to Dennis, he was sympathetic to my situation. He clearly explained my situation from a legal standpoint and guided me through all of my options. He's great at explaining all of the complications of the law in easy to understand terms which made my decision making a LOT easier. If you want someone in your corner it seems as if He'd be your guy, and this would be the office you should check out first!
