VERY rude and unprofessional

He did us a favor by staying open late and completing documents i’m start to finish that generally take two day. However , his demeanor was almost intolerable, considering we were there to make a living will and advance directives... it was an emotional time to begin with. And he gave me the impression that he saw me as someone trying to manipulate my parent. Very cold, very rude overall. If we weren’t so pressed to get these documents done due to the circumstances, I would have walked out of the meeting; I almost did on a couple of occasions. This is the only reason I gave him two stars...

Ray is a great lawyer he is on top of everything on your case and he is great at answering your questions i highly recommend him

My rating is not based on the work that your offices do. It was based on me calling and asking questions (about Divorce).. I tried to explain why I was calling, and received answered (which were spoken over me.. and never really answered) with a less than interested lawyer on the call. I was rushed with my questions and spoken to in an unnecessary tone.. again, THIS RATING IS NOT BASED ON THE WORK.. but on the lack of help I received on the call.

I am very satisfied with Mr. Ray and his establishment. He was very helpful letting me know step by step what was going on and very good at returning my phone calls and replying back to my emails. I will gladly refer others to Mr.Ray and his law firm.
