I could not be more pleased with Eric Frobish!! I had been going through a very drawn out divorce for a while before I decided it was time for a lawyer. Eric came in, accessed the situation, and laid the groundwork to get my divorce over. Very professional yet hard nosed enough to not get pushed around.

I used Eric as my attorney when I was getting divorced and then again during a custody battle recently. He was very knowledgeable and fought for what I wanted. It didn’t matter what time of day it was he would either call or email me to resolve things in my case quickly. I would definitely recommend him!

I went to Eric Frobish for advice. I thought I could get away without a lawyer at first. Eric informed me that that was a terrible idea and how bad things were going to get and told me a list of things I needed to do and told me how I NEEDED to have him. So I retained him for $3,000. Then when I actually needed someone to represent me in court he withdrew from my case and Told me he doesn't have time for a custody battle and he is too busy for cases like mine. He only takes small easy cases that he doesn't have to do any work. He sent me a total of about 8 emails in 2 weeks and said I've used up $3,000 worth of my retainer and now I'm stuck needing another lawyer before I can even go to court. He charged me to go to court to tell the judge that he was withdrawing. He wasted a lot of money that could have been used better. The same day he withdrew my wife's lawyer tried to force the sale of my house and tried to get sneaky. It was almost as if Eric worked to help my wife's attorney against me.

JC Lawson was referred to us by our RE agent for our closing. It was a long wait, back and forth process due to it being an estate sale. On top of that, the appraisal came back lower than our offer. But JC and Nikki was very patient and helpful in working through the process and reduced our purchase price 20%! Great team to work with, I highly recommend them!
