Susan listened to what I thought would work best and was poised, composed, and well prepared when we went to court. She will treat you with respect and advise you on what she feels is the best course of action but will ultimately let you decide. Outstanding counsel, legal expertise, and professionalism

Going thru a situation of a case with no proof only hearsay on an op. We could not see the attorney we were advised to see who we were told was amazing, so we ended up with Amanda. My daughter clicked with her so she thought, because Amanda's past was similar. Until we got into the case, my daughter does not do technology, if you want to talk to her you have to call on the phone and then her memory isn't great because of her disability. Amanda didnt listen and for some reason sided with the father and made an agreement that was not completely discussed. It was to be a 1 page paper and they added 9 pages of things that were not agreed upon. Needless to say she is no longer the lawyer nor will we ever recommend her to anyone, they should be warned.

I can not recommend Butler, Giraudo & Meister enough. I had the pleasure of working with Kelly on my most recent experience. The office handled my divorce 5 years ago with compassion, professionalism and dedication. However, 2 years ago I got engaged to my now wife. Three weeks to the date after my engagement to my now wife, my ex-wife sent an email stating because of my engagement that I needed to agree to give her full custody with me having 4 days/month of visitation and no decision making responsibilities or else she would take me to court. This even though I was averaging having my children 17 days/month to her 13 days/month. So needless to say we went to court. I contacted Butler, Giraudo & Meister. Kelly did a phenomenal job over the 2 years it took to settle my case. My ex's original petition was dismissed. I filed my own petition and now have my children the same amount of time as before with a few improvements to the agreement. Kelly also then worked to help get me the financial arrangement that was deserving. My ex now pays me support with several months paid at once of back support. Kelly worked tirelessly to resolve my case. She was always reassuring when the opposing counsel tried to file everything under the sun.
