The Law office of Jeffery A Avny were very helpful in getting us a loan modification with our lender. They took control of the situation from day 1 and even during these challenges times - they stayed on top of our case and worked diligently and professionally with the lender to get a successful resolution. Without their help I don't think we would have been successful much less getting a modification with even a lower APR. It was the BEST outcome. To the staff and Jason, specifically, words fall short on how we truly feel, so I will just say THANK YOU!!!

Where to begin, Jason is a miracle worker. From the beginning he was super respectful and compassionate about my situation. He explained the process from beginning to end. Throughout this process he was very understanding and patient with me, even when I called him multiple times a day and texted him multiple times. The one thing that always stuck out to me was that he did not make me feel like a number. He made me feel like a friend and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Just today he informed me that my bank approved my loan modification and he was able to save my home for myself and my family. I was in tears the second I saw the letter he sent me. Jason and his team are honestly angels in disguise. Especially in these tough times and with everything going on there is still hope in this world and in people. I can not thank Jason and his team enough for all they did to help and save my home. I am and always will be grateful for everyone!

Jason Tong was very professional handling our loan modification. Getting us approved seemed to be just as important to him as it was for us. I’ve heard lots of stories about home loan modifications not being approved & the banks giving people the run around. I did not want to fight the battle alone so decided to use this company for help. I am so glad I did! Jason saved our home from foreclosure! The cost was affordable & reasonable.. worth every dollar spent.
