As first-time home buyers, there is always an uneasiness that goes into such a large purchase and so many things you don't know. We didn't even know you needed a lawyer, in fact! However, we were so lucky to have been referred to Brian and Laura. Along the way, there are all these "small" questions that you have and feel bad even asking, but they both were so kind, helped translate the legal jargon, and made us feel like the only client. I'm not sure when they sleep because they seemed to respond at all hours of the day. We felt so comfortable going into closing and were prepared because of them. The day of signing was exciting because of the end results, but long and many signatures. Brian's humor made it fly by and even enjoyable. Would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family and even hope to do business with them for future purchases.

Brian worked very hard on out behalf. For one thing, he kept on top of the situation and kept us up to date. What I appreciated just as much was his willingness to answer questions and explain legal terms - of which there were many. Sometimes I thought I was annoying him with many questions but he always responded cheerfully and assured me he didn't mind. He let me know that I could call him anytime if I wanted more input.
